• Develop, implement and manage social media strategy
• Define most important social media KPIs
• Manage and oversee social media content
• Measure the success of Face book Instant Articles
• Knowledge about Revenue Generation via Face book Instant Articles
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
• Drive traffic back to website from Social Medias and maintain traffic generation targets
• Knowledge about gathering traffics to websites
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
Social Media Executive
Job Description:
• Oversees all company social media accounts management
• Develops engaging, creative, innovative campaigns to promote content, which increases visibility and encourages audience participation to reach social media marketing targets
• Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects
• Strategizes and drives the team to meet monetization targets on Social Media Platforms like Face book and YouTube and meets daily, weekly and monthly targets
• Creates efficient Ads and other digital marketing methods to generate targeted visibility of social media content
• Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content
• Works with content developers to plan and execute social media campaigns
• Manages social media communications
• Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits
• Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
• Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces

Requirements:
• Min 1 year experience in related field
• Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms
• Extensive knowledge of Face book Instant Article and YouTube Partner Program
• Knowledge and proven experience in traffic generation on websites
• Thorough knowledge and proven experience in executing digital Ad and marketing campaigns
• Web Proficiency
• Interpersonal Skills
• Experience with Advertising, Copywriting, Content Creation, and Brand Marketing Experience, and Proofreading and Editing Skills will be added advantages
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills in Nepali and English
